Age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm the birth year you give is true.
Times are best-effort. Session times come from rinks, rink websites and skaters. They can be wrong or change without notice. Always check with the rink before you go. PublicSkates isn’t responsible for a trip to a closed rink.
“Going” isn’t a reservation. Counts show intent only. Rinks set their own capacity, prices and rules.
Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. You give PublicSkates a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, store and distribute it on the service and in related emails, widgets and share images.
Be decent. Follow the Community guidelines. We may hide content or limit or suspend accounts that break them.
Rink staff. Only claim a rink you’re authorised to represent. Staff tools show aggregate counts only.
No warranty. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
